San Francisco’s highly anticipated apartment building, 181 Fremont will be completed in early 2018. This will be the tallest residential tower west of the Mississippi River. While prices for a home here start are $3 million, investors are buying quick to turn it into a rental opportunity. Facebook have signed a 3 year lease in the commercial office space as well.

Development 3: 44Seven (Oakland)

44Seven at 1640 Broadway in Oakland hosts studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom rental units. Construction began in February 2017, leasing starts in later 2018, and projected to launch January 2019. Around 5,000 square feet of commercial space will be reserved for restaurant and retail.
